With my background in the catering industry, from working as I like to call it, in ‘proper’ kitchens, to managing restaurants, and running our own business for over 10 years, we’ve always had more than an interest in cooking, so when our daughter came along we made a conscious decision to educate her on good food. The early years, of course was about eating, or often smearing food on her face, but as soon as she could we’ve involved in the making of meals.
